WHAT DOES RED VELVIET MEAN?

I included 1/4 cup a lot less oil, which was probably a considered option for cupcakes given that the papers had been only somewhat greasy on The underside, not saturated with oil when they still left the pan. Havent iced them nevertheless, but person, they're pretty good by on their own. Thanks for this recipe! Ill be building this again, somehow
